After
all the celebrations are over, you deserve a holiday. Your honeymoon
gives you both the chance to recharge your batteries and spend
some valuable time together.
Newlyweds tend to take their honeymoon immediately after the wedding
but you may prefer to postpone your departure till a more convenient
time of year. If this is the case, try to have at least a few
days away together before going back to your daily routines.
Your honeymoon can be as simple or extravagant as you can afford.
You may prefer to fly off to a warm location to laze around or
be adventurous and undertake lots of activities on a tour.
As with any holiday, ensure you have everything you need to travel
well in advance such as passports, travel insurance, vaccinations,
etc. Leave a copy of your itinerary with a family member just
in case you need to be contacted but ask them to limit contact
to emergencies if you do not want to be disturbed.
